In the upcoming episode, Pihu’s teacher calls Ishita to inform her that she has become unwell but she is not able to listen it and Adi takes her somewhere.

Ruhi is on the same line and she is listening the whole conversation and she thinks that Ishita did not take care of her and now she is not taking care of Pihu.

Ruhi gets angry and she thinks that she is fake and does not loves her, she only pretends to love her.

So Ruhi calls Niddhi at home and she says that I have called you here because I want to say something.
