Shehzada Dhami claims to be Removed from Award Function

Shehzada Dhami is best known for his role in Star Plus’ longest running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai where he played the lead named Armaan but due to his unprofessional behaviour he was asked to leave the show without any notice.

During a recent interview Shehzada claimed that in an award function he was sitting in the front row and Rajan Shahi the producer of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai asked the organisers to make him leave the function.

He further claimed due to pressure from Rajan Shahi he was asked to come to the backstage.

Now the organisers have given their side of the story.

Shehzad never asked to leave

According to the organiser, “Only the awardees were appointed seats in the front row. It was seen that Shehzada was sitting in a three - seater sofa, alone. We only asked him to move behind so that Rajan Shahi and other seniors could have a seat. We never called him backstage, which is what he is claiming. There were a lot of people to attend to, and he wasn't that much of a concern, neither to us, nor to Rajan Shahi.”
