Karanvir Bohra in legal soup for duping lady

Karanvir Bohra is a known name in the television industry.

He was last seen in Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Up where his stay was very controversial.

The actor has landed himself in yet another controversy. 

A lady has accused Karavir Bohra among other five people of allegedly duping her for 1.99 crore rupees.

She stated that she was promised 2.5% returns on the money but didn’t receive any. She also accused Karanvir and wife Teejay Sidhu of threatening her of shooting her when she requested them to return her money.

As shared by the ANI on Twitter, "Case registered against 6 people including actor Manoj Bohra alias Karanvir Bohra for allegedly cheating a 40-year-old woman of Rs 1.99 crores after promising to return it at 2.5% interest; woman claimed that only an amount of over Rs 1cr was returned: Oshiwara PS"

Karanvir in deep trouble

The later tweet reads, "The woman also claimed that when she asked for the amount, Bohra & his wife Tajinder Sidhu did not respond properly & threatened to shoot her. Police have started an investigation & will soon record their statements: Oshiwara Police Station".
