In Yeh Hai Mohabbtein Shagun taunting Ishita regarding her relationship with Raman and her pregnancy complications.
As Ruhi will pressurize Raman and Ishita to give her a Brother and or a sister since all her friend have siblings and she does not.
Ishita get upset on hearing Ruhi words because her pregnancy complication which does not allow her to get pregnant.
However, Ishita and Raman will decide to get Ishita's pregnancy test again. They go to hospital for getting the test but they get despointed after receiving reports that Ishita cannot conceive baby.
