In a shocking turn of events, Arjun has been disguised as the grandmother. Megha is aware of this deception and knows that the grandmother is actually Arjun.
Arjun decided on a risky plan to help Megha and Mannu escape. He intentionally tried to make Mannu unwell to force Manoj to call a doctor.
The aim was to get Mannu proper medical attention so that Arjun could then take both Megha and Mannu away, possibly back to India.
The plan hit a tense moment when the doctor arrived to check on Mannu. Both Megha and Arjun became very worried.
Their concern was that during the checkup and tests, the doctor would discover that Mannu is actually a girl. If this truth came out, Manoj would also learn that Mannu is a girl.

During an Aarti ceremony involving the doctor and the whole family, the grandmother, who is Arjun, began speaking in Bengali.
The doctor also happened to be Bengali. Using this secret communication, Arjun explained everything to the doctor.
He told the doctor that Manoj was not a good person, wanted to take their child away, and even intended to harm them.
The doctor listened and agreed to help. Following Arjun's plea, the doctor chose to hide Mannu's true identity from Manoj and did not reveal anything to him.
After Mannu received treatment, Arjun put the next phase of his plan into action. He took Megha and Mannu to a specific hill where there is a temple and, crucially, where Arjun had a parachute waiting.
Using the parachute, Arjun successfully helped Megha and Mannu make their escape. Meanwhile, Manoj was left behind, reportedly experiencing a significant shock as he could only stand and watch.
