Dalljiet Kaur gets Stay Order against Kenya based husband Nikhil Patel

Dalljiet Kaur fall out with NRI husband Nikhil Patel has been talk of the town.

She recently got married to a Kenya based Businessman but later came back to India as she failed to stay in the marriage.

Since then, a lot of speculation have been made by the media about the reason behind the divorce but according to Dalljiet Kaur’s latest social media post it has been confirmed that Nikhil was having an extra marital affair.

Nikhil was later seen taking legal action against Dalljiet Kaur for making false claim against him.

Lately Nikhil asked Dalljiet Kaur to take away all her belonging from his house or else he will donate her stuff.

Dalljiet took the help of court to stop Nikhil from doing so.

Dalljiet issued legal notice

Shockingly a legal notice issued by Milimani Court in Nairobi City, Kenya on June 11 states, “Pending the hearing and final determination of this application, an injunction is hereby issued restraining the Respondent (Patel), his agents, employees and/or servants from evicting the Petitioner/Applicant (Kaur) and her child (Jaydon) and/or throwing out and/or whatsoever dealing with the personal effects and belongings of the Petitioner/Applicant in her matrimonial home (in Kenya).” As per the notice, the next hearing in the case is scheduled for June 28.
