KSBKBT: Show to go off air in October with Apsara taking over 10:30 PM slot

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 To Go Off Air, Apsara To Take Over The 10:30 PM Slot

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 is heading towards a major conclusion as the popular family drama is reportedly set to go off air later this month.

The show made headlines even before its launch because it revived one of television's most loved stories and brought Smriti Irani back as Tulsi. After completing around a year on television, the series is now expected to bid farewell to viewers.

The return of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi created considerable excitement among fans of the original show. Smriti Irani once again stepped into the iconic role of Tulsi, while Amar Upadhyay returned as Mihir.

The reboot also featured several familiar faces along with a younger generation of actors, creating a connection between the original Virani family saga and its new chapter.

The show has explored several complicated relationships, family conflicts and emotional twists during its run. Tulsi has continued to remain at the centre of the Virani family, while Mihir's mysterious journey has recently become an important part of the storyline. With Mihir now back in Mumbai, viewers are expecting several unanswered questions to receive closure.

The reported decision to end the show comes as the channel prepares to introduce a completely different concept in the same time slot. A new supernatural fantasy series titled Apsara is expected to take over the 10:30 PM slot from October 21.

Tulsi and Mihir to get a happy ending together by the end of the show?

Apsara will feature Samiksha Jaiswal in the lead role of Sunehri. The actress will portray a powerful celestial warrior who has been entrusted with protecting the sacred Amrit from dangerous forces. Paras Kalnawat will also play a prominent role in the upcoming series.

Unlike the traditional family drama format of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, Apsara promises fantasy, supernatural elements and mythology inspired storytelling. The makers are reportedly planning a visually rich world filled with powerful forces, emotional relationships and dramatic challenges.

The transition means that fans have only a limited time left to watch Tulsi, Mihir and the Virani family on television. The biggest question now is how the makers will conclude the ongoing storylines before the show comes to an end.

Will Tulsi finally uncover the truth surrounding Mihir? Will Mihir and Tulsi get the closure they deserve? Can the Virani family overcome its final crisis? How will fans react to the end of Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2?
