Jhanak: Jhanak's Village Secret: Did Anirudh Just Meet His Daughter? 

Get ready for some explosive drama in the serial 'Jhanak'. Things are about to get seriously complicated in the lives of your favourite characters.

Five years ago, Anirudh had a school built in a village in Appu's name. However, Jhanak, who was pregnant at the time, kept her condition a secret from Anirudh and stayed hidden in the village.

Neither the villagers nor Parasher revealed her presence to Anirudh when he occasionally visited.

Fast forward five years, and Jhanak has a daughter, Tara, who she is raising while teaching at the same village school. Tara strongly resembles a younger version of Moon.

One day, Anirudh, accompanied by a now 15-year-old Moon and Arshi, makes an unannounced visit to the village.

Moon, who still misses Jhanak, insisted on the trip. As they arrive, Tara, playing near the school, accidentally runs into their car.

Anirudh rushes to help the little girl and feels an unusual connection, a scent that reminds him of when he first held Moon years ago.

He wonders why he feels such a familiar sensation with this child.

Tara, unfazed, politely interacts with them, explaining her mother taught her to be respectful to everyone, especially those who helped the village, like Anirudh who built the school.

She introduces herself as Tara. Moon, surprised Tara knows her name, is told that Tara's mother mentioned them.

Parasher arrives and tries to distract Tara, having been instructed by Jhanak not to reveal her name or presence to Anirudh.

Moon shares an emotional reunion with Parasher, whom she calls Babuji. She also speaks fondly of her 'Nootan Maa' and mentions having two mothers.

Arshi is visibly annoyed, insisting they visit the school first, but Moon is adamant about seeing her Nootan Maa.

Anirudh Overhears The Secret

Jhanak, inside the school, hears about the car incident and city visitors and immediately fears Anirudh has arrived.

Panicked that he might see Tara and discover her secret, she quickly dismisses the children.

As she rushes out, Moon sees her and excitedly calls out "Nootan Maa", running to hug her.

Jhanak is shocked but quickly recognises the grown-up Moon. They share a tearful reunion, with Moon asking why Jhanak never came to see her.

Moon mentions she came with her "Mamma and Baba," revealing Arshi and Anirudh's presence, which further worries Jhanak.

Moon begs Jhanak to return to Kolkata with them, but Jhanak refuses, citing her responsibility to the village children.

While Moon is insistent, Jhanak eventually steers the conversation towards Moon's future, suggesting she become a dancer like Arshi.

Moon then tries to force Jhanak to meet Arshi. Meanwhile, Tara is showing Anirudh and Arshi the school when Moon brings Jhanak over, calling her "Mamma, look, my Nootan Maa". Tara, hearing this, immediately says Jhanak is her mother.

Anirudh and Arshi are stunned. Arshi confronts Jhanak, asking if Anirudh lied about Jhanak leaving the village and if they were secretly meeting.

Anirudh, taking a moment, asks Jhanak where she has been and why Tara calls her mother.

Jhanak, without hesitation, declares Tara is her daughter and that her whereabouts are her own business.

She tells Arshi not to create a scene and that she is happy in her life. Jhanak leaves after giving Anirudh the school key and information.
