Qubool Hai: Sanam decides to return Pakistan, Sanam gives a surprise gift to Shaad ticket to Pakistan 

The current episode of Qubool Hai shown that Sanam is feeling love for Aahil but she thinks its not right for her because She is Already married with Shaad and she trying to keeps away herself from Aahil.

Shaad also feels love in his heart for Sanam but he knows that Sanam is not her wife therefore he wants to send Sanam back in Aahil's life.
