The current episode of Thapki Pyaar Ki shown that Dhruv (Ankit Bathla) and Thapki (Jigyasa Singh) share some romantic moment with each other by Dhruv consoling Thapki.
During Dhruv consoles Thapki slowly he keeps his feelings in front of Thapki and he confesses his love to her but Thapki gets shocked to hear it and run away from there.
