The upcoming episode of love drama Yeh Hai Mohabbatein that is showcased on Star Plus will witness alot of twist and turns.

Shagun suddenly faints, Ruhi gets tensed but later when she meets doctor then she gets to know that she is pregnant.

When Mani comes to know about this then he gets very happy and turns to be a very caring husband.

Ishita decides to go to SHagun's house for taking her care as no one is there in the house to look after her.

But Adi does not wants Ishita to do so as he feels that Shagun is a wicked woman, she has always done bad with them.

So now Ishita must not go and take care of her when she needs it as she is not worth of it.

But Ishita scold Adi for thinking all this and saying ill about Shagun.
