As per latest track of the show Ridhima is hurt as she got the locket and chain which connects her to her parents.

However where further  Vansh decodes the mystery that second half of Ridhima’s locket is with Vansh.

Where further Vansh opens old car on other side, which totally indicates that Vansh’s guardians had killed Ridhima’s parents in accident.
