As per latest track of the show Kartik again reached Sirat village to get her entire truth out,

While Sirat was about to leave to Udaypur with her dushman but Mowri health condition stopped her from going anywhere.

Further, Mukesh bad mouths Sirat that last night she was about to flee with some guy and also pushed her hardly.

This all makes Kartik all irked and Kartik pushed Mukesh hardly making everyone shocked over Kartik care for Sirat.
