As per latest track of the show  Pari called up Mauli in hospital while Mauli gets totally hurt with this and reaches the hospital.

However where further at this point Mauli will get shocked knowing that Nandini is no more where Pari is Kunal’s daughter.

Kunal again misread Mauli and Mishti realtion

While there will be major drama in the show where Kunal assumes that Mishti is Ishaan and Mauli’s daughter while Mauli is unaware of the fact.
