In the upcoming episode of Anupama it will be seen that Adhik and Romel will now slowly and gradually turn out to be severe devils.
The devil amidst Adhik will be harassing off Romel in an altogather different way which will now take up a shape of hatred for Romel.
This will be the core reason as in when Romel will get a chance to kick off Adhik from Kapadiya house under the supervision of Anuj, Romel will not want to miss up this chance.
