In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai there will be some real time twists that will make an outrage damage of relations amidst Abhimanyu and Akshara.

It will be seen that Abhimanyu will now be operating on Abhir finally with the intention of curing Abhir's heart problem.
