The episode starts with Om has gone in coma, Gauri sits beside him and cries.

Gauri says that she will not let him go anywhere at any cost; Rudra consoles her and asks her not to lose hope.

Gauri says to Rudra that three months were difficult for him as he is trying to find Bhavya since three months but he is not got any information about her.

Bua maa blames Gauri for everything, Bua maa says that if you have died that day then Om would have been not in this state today.

Bua maa asks Gauri to make Om fine else it will be very bad for her.

Bua maa stops Tej from ending Om's life

Goon asks Bhavya about the locket but she refuses to tell them anything.

Gauri gets some messages on the card in which it is written that only she has the solution of her problem; it is written that only she can make Om fine.

So then Gauri decides to meet that women, she calls her and says that she wants to meet her.

Gauri comes to meet that women, women gives her injection and says that this drug will make Om fine.

The woman turns out to be Swetlana, Bhavya meets commissioner and tells him that they want that locket that is why they kept her with them alive.

Tej says to Jhanvi that Om will not get fine now.
