The episode starts with Shivaay eats medicines for cold so Anika stops him from eating so many medicines.

Anika says that she will make home remedy that will give him relief but he refuses and asks her not to interfere in her medicines.

Anika recalls something seeing the medicines; she recalls that Mahi was also eating the same medicines that mean he also suffers from the same problem.

Anika thinks that maybe Shivaay and Mahi is twin that is why so many things are similar between them.

Anika cries as Shivaay does not picks up her calls

Anika finds the t-shirt filled with Mahi’s blood stain now she will try to find the relation amid Shivaay and Mahi.

Pinky asks Anika to get ready for pooja, pooja begins.

Pandit ji asks the name of her parents and she gets shocked, Shivaay tells the name of ANika’s father.

Anika tells everyone that Sahil’s parents adopted her and she does not know her real parents.

 Pinky creates drama over it, Shivaay stops the pooja and goes from there.

Shivaay recalls Anika's words, Anika calls him but he does not picks up her calls.

Anika cries and sends him voice message just then Shivaay comes there.

Anika hugs Shivaay.
