The episode starts with Swetlana is about to stab Dang just then Om and Chulbul comes there.

Swetlan hides with doctor Dang; Om does not find the doctor.

Om get angry to think that again his attempt to get proof against Swetlana failed, Om and Chulbul see red mark on wall.

Swetlana disguises as doctor, Om and Chulbul keeps searching for the doctor but does not finds him.

Later Swetlana digs hole and buried Dang alive in the garden of Oberoi mansion.

Om breaks glass and gets his hand injured; Chulbul gets shocked and gets worried for Om.

Swetlana decides to find her footage

 It shows that Swetlana took Dang's help to get Swetlana's face then he asked her to keep Swetlana alive because she will need her blood.

So that is why she keeps Swetlana alive, Swetlana thinks that one footage is with her and one footage she has to find so that no one get to know about her secret.

Om confronts Swetlana, he says that I know you have only kidnapped Dang but Swetlana refuse to accept it.

Om says that the day he find any proof against her that day will be last day in Oberoi mansion.
