In the upcoming episode of Ghum Hai Kisike Pyaar Mein there will be seen a world renowned twist as Pakhi will go a little unstable with mind.

It will be seen that post Sayi will reveal the truth amidst Sayi about Vinayak, Pakhi will get highly insecured.

Pakhi will start to feel that now that Virat and Sayi have become one, Pakhi will also be snatched off Vinayak.
